Website Returns Policy

Please note this returns policy is for Tufnells website sales only. Tufnells returns shop policy is displayed within the shops.

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Tufnells but if not, we will offer a full refund on any item as long as it is returned to us in a saleable condition, with the original packaging and labels still intact within 14 days from the date of collection.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you have not notified us within this 14 day period. To notify us, please email: info@shoptufnells.co.uk. It is particularly important at this time that you email us to arrange a time when someone will be at the shop to receive your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any refunds will then be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Returns that are damaged or have signs of wear/misuse may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and/or refund refused.

Credit will be applied to your original method of payment once this process is complete. We aim to process all refunds within 10 days of receiving the item back.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of your notification email for us to issue a refund. Outside of that period no refunds will be issued.

The item/s must be returned to Tufnells Home 75 High St Lindfield RH16 2HN . If you wish to exchange an item please contact us via email at info@shoptufnells.co.uk within 7 days and advise us what item you would like to exchange it for. We will then contact you by email or phone confirm availability.

All exchanges must be made within 14days.
